Be sure to include your printed name and complete mailing address, email or phone number & the reason for return (very important as we use this information for quality control). We should have the product returned to you within 3 weeks.

If returning a lighter, it is very important that the lighter is shipped EMPTY of butane fuel.

CUTTERS

Should you ever (lifetime guarantee!) have an issue with your cutter, simply return it to us and we will repair or replace it for you.

KNIVES

Xi knives are intended for use as gentlemen's tools, and therefore will withstand normal everyday use for a tool of its size and cutting purpose. They are not intended as tools for prying or puncturing. As a result, we cannot warranty these products against broken tips or failed mechanisms due to torque damage.

LIGHTERS

So, if you feel that your lighter fails to live up to our promise of fit, finish and function, simply return it to us and we will immediately and cheerfully repair or replace your product. Before sending in your lighter, please refer to our instruction manual to fix any occasional problems.
